Last Thursday the Caravan and Motorhome Club invited me along to their launch of their Big Little Tent Festival 2017. It was held at Potters Park situated right next to City Hall and London Bridge,a lovely back drop for pitching our tents.

This year The Little Tent Festival 2017 have teamed up with The Scout Assciation to reach even more families with Young children. The Big Little Tent Festival is all about inspiring people – both young and young at heart – to get outside and explore the great outdoors, all from the comfort of your back garden.

On the weekend of 22 – 23 July 2017, The Big Little Tent Festival wants you and your family to host your own summer festival on your own terms. They will supply the bunting, flags and wristbands to complete your festival experience. Simply register below for your free festival pack, and be entered into our prize draw to win a European camping holiday for four, including tent and ferry crossing.

Whether your a seasoned camper or a “virgin” camper, have a go in the safety of your own back garden, that way if the little ‘s forget their favourite teddy bear it’s only a few steps away in the house or they need a wee, no need to use a portaloo or the nearest tree,or if they get too scared in the back garden, have a camping trip in the front room instead.

For some tips and tricks on taking your little one’s camping, have a read of my blog and get some cool ideas.

Invite some friends around, crank up the music and have your own music festival without all the cues and crowds.

So what are you waiting for? Pitch your tents, light your BBQs, string up your bunting and celebrate the great outdoors with your very own Big Little Tent Festival today, and share your photos with us on social media using #BLTF17

When you register for your pack, you will have the option to enter into our prize draw to win a week-long camping holiday in France.
