Hey there Scout Leaders! Can you believe it? The year has zipped by faster than Santa on Christmas Eve, and here we are, donning our Christmas jumpers and woggles, ready for another round of yuletide fun with our Scout sections.
I’m your guide for today’s adventure, and I’ve got my trusty Santa Scout hat on. So, buckle up, because I’ve got ten merry games that’ll turn your Scout hall into a winter wonderland of joy and laughter.
1. Turkey, Turkey, Goose Confession: First up is a classic with a twist – “Duck, Duck, Goose, Splat.” Because let’s face it, who really knows how to play duck, duck, goose? If you do, drop some simple instructions below because I’m still scratching my head!

2. Festive Paper Chain Relay: Dive into the season with a relay race to create the longest paper chain in the world! Armed with strips of paper and staplers (or glue for the brave), Scouts have five minutes to craft a masterpiece to deck the Scout hall.

3. Snowman Portrait Challenge: Armed with a paper plate and blindfolded, Scouts draw their best snowman. Carrot on the face? Check. Silly hat? Maybe. A point system for creativity? Absolutely!
4. Pin the Star on the Christmas Tree: A holiday spin on a classic birthday game. Blindfolded Scouts aim to pin the star on the Christmas tree, adding a touch of sparkle to the festivities.
5. Postman’s Keys – Jingle Bell Edition: Replace keys with jingle bells for a Christmas twist. Because who needs keys when you’re delivering Christmas cards, right?

6. Blindfolded Christmas Wrapping Challenge: Grab random objects, wrap them blindfolded, and add extra challenges like oven gloves or chopsticks. It’s a hilarious post-dinner activity that’ll keep the giggles going.

7. Brussels Sprout Bowling: Roll those Brussels sprouts down the hall to knock down skittles. Watch out for those unpredictable curves – who said sprouts weren’t festive?

8. Poo-tato Relay: A slightly controversial one involving potatoes and a relay race. Apologies to the food-conscious, but it’s a bit of silly fun.
9. Guess the Lyric – Christmas Edition: Inject some musical merriment by playing snippets of classic Christmas tunes. Scouts race to guess and sing the next lyric. Bonus points if they bring jingle bells into the mix!

10. Elf Laser Training: String up some laser obstacles with jingle bells, and Scouts transform into stealthy elves, dodging and weaving without setting off the bells.

But hold your reindeer, because I’ve got a bonus game for you! If you want the details, show some love to Big Men and Woods with a like and subscribe.
