Scout Leader UK : Did I quit being a Scout Leader in the end?
3 weeks ago, I was ready to quit being a Scout Leader here in London. I had enough of it all, but after stepping back and listening to the advice I give to other fellow Scout Leaders, I didn’t quit. But what was that advice I gave myself?

I like your honesty. I quit scouts in 2024 due to a number of factors but mainly internal politics and loosing faith in the movement. It was sad to leave but honestly I am glad I did. I now have more free time and have filled it with things for myself. After so much giving and the feeling of always being judged I was good to go.
