If you could leave a Christmas present under Bear Grylls’s Christmas tree, what would you leave him?
Bear says , the perfect Christmas is “mad family members, fires, cosy all together at home in the UK – December is always a fun month. For us, it’s a chance to hole up for a bit and recharge.”
So I asked Scout Leader’s all over the world wat they would leave under Bear’s Christmas tree, and here’s just a few of their suggestions ….
Andy – My daughter (Beaver), she’s the gift that keeps giving!
Bev – A decent whisky and a hip flask to take some with him, for all those adventures.
Mick – Another term as Chief Scout.
Marc – A good knife
Nadine – Huge box of worming tablets so he can take them with him when he goes on expeditions save his poor wife
Tracy – A good meal
Emmanuel – A big snake
Dylan – A piece of paracord
Sarah – Myself
Ben – A bottle of water so he doesn’t keep drinking pee ?♂️

Sarah – A razor – to get rid of that moustache!!
Debbie – A Christmas badge
Jen – Chocolate because we know he likes it and I appreciate all he has done even if others don’t
Bryn – A Steve Irwin poster
Gary – A list of places he would enjoy exploring, but had not been to yet.
Steve– A card saying thank you for promoting Scouting and a well done for passing Selection.
Peter – A thank you for your faith in God, Jesus and The Holy Spirit note.
Michelle– Respect
Neil – A pre-paid envelope so he can return my sharpie he “borrowed” in 2012
Yve – Pants and socks! Just because he’s a celebrity doesn’t mean he doesn’t need the basics! Oh, and will some of you lighten up!! ?
Clare– A multi-use ticket to take me on amazing adventures, free and unlimited Clare Bear hugs and oh go on then, I’ll chuck in some fluffy socks!! ???
Ruguwa – I gave her Zimbabwe Scarf & Badges
Topsy – A bowl of humility with a side of authenticity
